WGLX “Eagles in L.A. Flyaway” Contest Rules Addendum
All standard contest rules apply, but in case of conflict between standard contest rules and these rules, these rules will prevail.
The WGLX “Eagles in L.A. Flyaway” Contest will run from 4/14/14 through 5/08/14. The winner of the contest will be determined on 5/09/14.
How to Play:
There are two ways to qualify. One way is to listen to WGLX during the contest period (4/14/14-5/08/14) between 5am and 7pm weekdays. When you hear the “Eagles in L.A. Flyaway” cue-to-call (We will start taking calls at the end of the cue-to-call), be caller number ten. Caller ten will be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.
The other way to qualify is to register through the WGLX Web Club at http://www.wglx.com. You must sign up for a free Full Membership to register on-line. You may enter on-line once every 24 hour period. One entry will be drawn each Thursday during the contest period (4/17/14, 4/24/14, 5/1/14, 5/8/14) and be entered in the Grand Prize Drawing.
The Grand Prize drawing will take place on 5/09/14. You may only qualify once for the Grand Prize Drawing for the WGLX “Eagles in L.A. Flyaway” contest.
The Grand Prize Drawing:
On 5/09/14, a qualifier’s name will be drawn and announced on WGLX between 2pm and 3pm. That qualifier will have 10 minutes and 33 seconds to call the WGLX Studio line (800-424-9459) and claim the Grand Prize. If the qualifier fails to call in the allotted time, a different qualifier’s name will be drawn immediately and announced on WGLX and that person will have 10 minutes and 33 seconds to call the WGLX Studio line and claim the Grand Prize. This process will continue until a Grand Prize winner is determined.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to California. The trip includes 2 tickets to The Eagles Concert on October 3rd at the Honda Center in Anaheim, 2 nights at the Doubletree Anaheim-Orange County Hotel, 2 Round Trip airline tickets from Green Bay to Los Angeles. The trip is provided by Sun & Fun Media. Certain restrictions may apply.
The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete tax forms and is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and will be issued an IRS 1099 form. Value of the Grand Prize is $2500
